Ready to use, just heat it up bain-marie for a few minutes and mix it in a pan with our "Mezze Maniche" after draining them al dente.

"Pesto of Pistacchio" is a typical condiment of Sicilian cuisine. The best raw materials of our land are used for the preparation, naturally held together by our Centonze Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our Pesto of Pistachio is ready to use, whether you want to enhance the fragrant bruschetta, whether you want to savor it with our durum wheat Busiate, just heat it up bain-marie for a few minutes, drain the pasta al dente and sauté it in the pan for another minute adding a drizzle of oil.

Our dried tomatoes and olives paté is a ready-to-use spreadable cream with a slightly sour taste.

Ideal for preparing bruschetta and delicious appetizers. It is a concentrate of tomatoes dried in a natural way and Nocellara del Belice olives with the addition of Centonze EVO oil. It is made according to an ancient family recipe that has been handed down in the Centonze house for decades. The result is a simple and genuine product that embodies the flavors of Sicily.

Our black olive pate is a ready-to-use spreadable cream with a strong flavor of ripe olive.

Ideal for preparing bruschetta and delicious appetizers but also perfect for flavoring tasty roasts. It is a concentrate of ripe Nocellara del Belice olives with the sole addition of Centonze EVO oil.

It is produced using only the pulp of the olives selected and processed within 24 hours of harvesting that usually takes place at the end of the oil campaign when the drupes are ripe. The result is a genuine and simple product ideal for vegetarians and vegans.

Our green olive paté is a ready-to-use spreadable cream with a delicate olive flavor. Ideal for making bruschetta and delicious appetizers but also perfect for flavoring tasty roasts. It's a concentrate of green Nocellara del Belice olives with the sole addition of Centonze EVO oil. It is produced by using only the pulp of the olives selected and processed within 24 hours of harvesting which takes place only during the first weeks of October. The result is a genuine and simple product, ideal for vegetarians and vegans.
