Ideal for preparing bruschetta and delicious appetizers. It is a concentrate of tomatoes dried in a natural way and Nocellara del Belice olives with the addition of Centonze EVO oil. It is made according to an ancient family recipe that has been handed down in the Centonze house for decades. The result is a simple and genuine product that embodies the flavors of Sicily.

Nocellara del Belice is the only Italian olive among the over 550 varieties that stands out for two PDO awards, from oil and from table, it is characterized by an excellent pulp / stone ratio and a moderate sugar content. The drupe resembles a walnut and sometimes reaches very voluminous dimensions, its color is intense green and changes to vinous red as it matures. The crunchy pulp and the slightly sweet and sour taste make it a real queen among table cultivars. They are first crushed and pickled and then seasoned with olive oil, Sicilian oregano, spices and chilli, making it a ready-to-use dish ideal as a starter.

The recipe for our Wine Vinegar and Grape Sugar has only one secret, time. Aging takes place in old family barrels using natural ingredients and only the best grapes. Our vinegar is a sincere ally for health, fat-free, low in alcohol and gluten-free. Obtained with the natural fermentation system, it has a ruby red color and a penetrating but delicate smell. The taste is soft but full-bodied. For true admirers.

From an old family recipe comes our "amaro" made from olive leaves. Excellent as a digestive, it can be drunk cold at the end of a meal but for its particular properties it can also be taken hot as a punch, together with an orange or lemon peel. By mixing it with tonic water, ice and a slice of lemon you will prepare a pleasant refreshing drink excellent as an aperitif. Our artisanal Sicilian Durum Wheat "Busiate" are bronze drawn, which makes this pasta rough and porous and therefore perfect for mixing with any ingredient. The wheat is ground slowly with stone in order to avoid debasing the flour obtained with its precious nutrients. The manual and irregular cut characterizes the craftsmanship. The slow drying at low temperature allows to maintain the nutritional properties unaltered. The low gluten content, very low glycemic index and high digestibility make it a healthy and natural food. The typical spiral shape was obtained in ancient times using the "Buso", nothing more than the classic iron used by the housewives for spinning the wool.

Born from the desire to tell our territory (strongly dedicated to olive growing) through Chocolate, they are the result of years of experimentation and innovation The olives are pitted and subjected to a particular process before encountering 70% dark chocolate.The result is a gluten-free product perfect to accompany any distillate, perhaps together with a quality cigar.

Our almonds are harvested between August and September, dried for 3-4 days in the sun and once dry stored in our warehouses at a controlled temperature. The Tuono almond is less rich in oil than other varieties and its seed is particularly large.

Our "Gelo di Nero d'Avola" can be used as an appetizer paired with all cheeses or as an ingredient for the preparation of delicious desserts. In the "Gelo di Nero d'Avola" is the flavor and aroma of the wine from which it is produced.  The preparation is completely artisanal, the wine is brought to the boil very quickly in order to concentrate and enhance the aromas retained in the grapes in the best possible way. The taste gives us hints of berry, cherry and plum.

The Centonze Rosato has a pink color, an enveloping flavor, savory with a fresh acidity, therefore rightly tannic.  Easy to detect are the intense spicy notes of blackberry, wild berries and strawberry. The harvest takes place in early September and the vinification, by de-stemming and fermentation with the skins, in 6/8 days at 23 ° / 25 ° C. in stainless steel. Perfect as an aperitif, it excels on seafood, shellfish and all fish in general but especially when cooked on the grill.Try it with the "Busiate alla Bottarga" and with the "Tuna Tartare" with salt from Trapani.
