Our black olive pate is a ready-to-use spreadable cream with a strong flavor of ripe olive.
Ideal for preparing bruschetta and delicious appetizers but also perfect for flavoring tasty roasts. It is a concentrate of ripe Nocellara del Belice olives with the sole addition of Centonze EVO oil.
It is produced using only the pulp of the olives selected and processed within 24 hours of harvesting that usually takes place at the end of the oil campaign when the drupes are ripe. The result is a genuine and simple product ideal for vegetarians and vegans.

OLIVE LEAVES BITTER IN BIOLIO BOTTLE 1L
From an old family recipe comes our "amaro" made from olive leaves. Excellent as a digestive, it can be drunk cold at the end of a meal but for its particular properties it can also be taken hot as a punch, together with an orange or lemon peel. It is also a perfect ingredient for the preparation of cocktails and drinks. By mixing it with tonic water, ice and a slice of lemon you will prepare a pleasant refreshing drink excellent as an aperitif.
