SICILIAN NERO D'AVOLA WINE IN BOTTLE 750ml
The Centonze Nero d'Avola, has a very intense ruby red color with violet reflections, a soft but powerful flavor with silky tannins and a fruity finish. Easy to detect are the intense fruity notes of plum, cherry and blueberry with hints of cloves, black pepper and licorice. The harvest takes place at the end of September and the vinification, by destemming and fermentation with the skins, in 6/8 days at 23 ° / 25 ° C. in stainless steel. It goes well with first courses, risottos, red meats, lamb and powerful cheeses. Due to its structure and intense aroma it goes perfectly with "Mezze Maniche alla Norma" with aubergines and salted ricotta.

Our black olive pate is a ready-to-use spreadable cream with a strong flavor of ripe olive.
Ideal for preparing bruschetta and delicious appetizers but also perfect for flavoring tasty roasts. It is a concentrate of ripe Nocellara del Belice olives with the sole addition of Centonze EVO oil.

The Centonze Zibibbo has a vibrant yellow colour with golden reflections sometimes close to an amber hue. It has a full-bodied, decidedly sweet, soft and persistent flavor. Its clear scent is easy to pick up with recognizable hints of almond, orange blossom and a decisive predominance of apricot. Its production cannot be particularly abundant, the grapes strictly grown in Sicily are harvested and left to dry for a long time. Sublime with every dessert and even with ice cream. WHOLE GREEN OLIVES IN BRINE IN JAR 314ml
Nocellara del Belice is the only Italian olive among the over 550 varieties that stands out for two PDO awards, from oil and from table, it is characterized by an excellent pulp / stone ratio and a moderate sugar content. The drupe resembles a walnut and sometimes reaches very voluminous dimensions, its color is intense green and changes to vinous red as it matures.
