The Centonze Zibibbo has a vibrant yellow colour with golden reflections sometimes close to an amber hue. It has a full-bodied, decidedly sweet, soft and persistent flavor. Its production cannot be particularly abundant, the grapes strictly grown in Sicily are harvested and left to dry for a long time. Sublime with every dessert and even with ice cream.
