The Centonze Nero d'Avola, has a very intense ruby red color with violet reflections, a soft but powerful flavor with silky tannins and a fruity finish. Easy to detect are the intense fruity notes of plum, cherry and blueberry with hints of cloves, black pepper and licorice. The harvest takes place at the end of September and the vinification, by destemming and fermentation with the skins, in 6/8 days at 23 ° / 25 ° C. in stainless steel. It goes well with first courses, risottos, red meats, lamb and powerful cheeses.
