Our almonds are harvested between August and September, dried for 3-4 days in the sun and once dry stored in our warehouses at a controlled temperature. The Tuono almond is less rich in oil than other varieties and its seed is particularly large.

ORANGE PEELS BITTER IN BIOLIO BOTTLE 1L
From an old family recipe comes our "amaro" made from orange peels. Excellent as a digestive, it can be drunk cold at the end of a meal but for its particular properties it can also be taken hot as a punch, together with an orange or lemon peel. BUSIATE OF SICILIAN DURUM WHEAT IN BAG 500g
Our artisanal Sicilian Durum Wheat "Busiate" are bronze drawn, which makes this pasta rough and porous and therefore perfect for mixing with any ingredient. The wheat is ground slowly with stone in order to avoid debasing the flour obtained with its precious nutrients. The manual and irregular cut characterizes the craftsmanship. The slow drying at low temperature allows to maintain the nutritional properties unaltered. The low gluten content, very low glycemic index and high digestibility make it a healthy and natural food. The typical spiral shape was obtained in ancient times using the "Buso", nothing more than the classic iron used by the housewives for spinning the wool.

The recipe for our Wine Vinegar and Grape Sugar has only one secret, time. Aging takes place in old family barrels using natural ingredients and only the best grapes. BLACK OLIVES PATÉ IN JAR 180g
Our black olive pate is a ready-to-use spreadable cream with a strong flavor of ripe olive.
Ideal for preparing bruschetta and delicious appetizers but also perfect for flavoring tasty roasts. It is a concentrate of ripe Nocellara del Belice olives with the sole addition of Centonze EVO oil.
It is produced using only the pulp of the olives selected and processed within 24 hours of harvesting that usually takes place at the end of the oil campaign when the drupes are ripe. The result is a genuine and simple product ideal for vegetarians and vegans.

SICILIAN GRILLO WINE IN BOTTLE 750ml
The Centonze Grillo has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, a soft, fragrant, fruity and enveloping flavor with vanilla notes and silky tannins.
