SICILIAN ROSATO WINE IN BOTTLE 750ml
The Centonze Rosato has a pink color, an enveloping flavor, savory with a fresh acidity, therefore rightly tannic. Easy to detect are the intense spicy notes of blackberry, wild berries and strawberry. The harvest takes place in early September and the vinification, by de-stemming and fermentation with the skins, in 6/8 days at 23 ° / 25 ° C. in stainless steel. Perfect as an aperitif, it excels on seafood, shellfish and all fish in general but especially when cooked on the grill.Try it with the "Busiate alla Bottarga" and with the "Tuna Tartare" with salt from Trapani.

Our "Gelo di Nero d'Avola" can be used as an appetizer paired with all cheeses or as an ingredient for the preparation of delicious desserts. In the "Gelo di Nero d'Avola" is the flavor and aroma of the wine from which it is produced. The preparation is completely artisanal, the wine is brought to the boil very quickly in order to concentrate and enhance the aromas retained in the grapes in the best possible way. The taste gives us hints of berry, cherry and plum.

Our almonds are harvested between August and September, dried for 3-4 days in the sun and once dry stored in our warehouses at a controlled temperature. The Tuono almond is less rich in oil than other varieties and its seed is particularly large.

BUSIATE OF ANCIENT GRAIN TUMMINIA IN BAG 500g
Our Sicilian Ancient Wheat "Busiate" of the Tumminìa variety are naturally wholemeal. They are bronze drawn, which makes this pasta rough and porous and therefore perfect for mixing with any ingredient. The wheat is ground slowly with stone in order to avoid the loss of its precious nutrients. The manual and irregular cut characterizes the craftsmanship. The slow drying at low temperature allows to keep the nutritional properties unaltered. The Low gluten content, very low glycemic index and high digestibility make it a healthy and wholemeal food.
