Our black olive pate is a ready-to-use spreadable cream with a strong flavor of ripe olive.

Ideal for preparing bruschetta and delicious appetizers but also perfect for flavoring tasty roasts. It is a concentrate of ripe Nocellara del Belice olives with the sole addition of Centonze EVO oil.

It is produced using only the pulp of the olives selected and processed within 24 hours of harvesting that usually takes place at the end of the oil campaign when the drupes are ripe. The result is a genuine and simple product ideal for vegetarians and vegans.

These crunchy and spicy hot biscuits, with a lot of Centonze Extra Virgin Olive Oil, are still made today as it was done by nuns in Sicilian convents since 1700. They are a perfect snack to take with you everywhere but also excellent to accompany our oven baked black olives, cheeses, pickles and all cured meats with a delicate flavor. Kneaded by hand, they are cooked in the oven with only olive wood and therefore as soon as they are ready they give off an intoxicating aroma and scent. Improperly defined "" biscuits "", they do not have a sweet taste but a rather spicy one, with an aftertaste of olive wood and anise.

From an old family recipe comes our "amaro" made from olive leaves. Excellent as a digestive, it can be drunk cold at the end of a meal but for its particular properties it can also be taken hot as a punch, together with an orange or lemon peel. It is also a perfect ingredient for the preparation of cocktails and drinks. By mixing it with tonic water, ice and a slice of lemon you will prepare a pleasant refreshing drink excellent as an aperitif. The Centonze Rosato has a pink color, an enveloping flavor, savory with a fresh acidity, therefore rightly tannic.  Easy to detect are the intense spicy notes of blackberry, wild berries and strawberry. The harvest takes place in early September and the vinification, by de-stemming and fermentation with the skins, in 6/8 days at 23 ° / 25 ° C. in stainless steel. Perfect as an aperitif, it excels on seafood, shellfish and all fish in general but especially when cooked on the grill.Try it with the "Busiate alla Bottarga" and with the "Tuna Tartare" with salt from Trapani.

Our Orange Compote looks a bit rough, with a unique color and taste like that of the fruit used. It is produced with our oranges and with only fruit sugars. The production of compotes, spreads and jellies is linked to a heritage of family recipes and procedures handed down for generations.Delicious to spread on bread for breakfast, perfect as an ingredient for desserts to fill, it is also excellent to accompany all soft and mature cheeses.

Our "Gelo di Nero d'Avola" can be used as an appetizer paired with all cheeses or as an ingredient for the preparation of delicious desserts. In the "Gelo di Nero d'Avola" is the flavor and aroma of the wine from which it is produced.  The preparation is completely artisanal, the wine is brought to the boil very quickly in order to concentrate and enhance the aromas retained in the grapes in the best possible way. The taste gives us hints of berry, cherry and plum.

The recipe for our Wine Vinegar and Grape Sugar has only one secret, time. Aging takes place in old family barrels using natural ingredients and only the best grapes. Our vinegar is a sincere ally for health, fat-free, low in alcohol and gluten-free. Obtained with the natural fermentation system, it has a ruby red color and a penetrating but delicate smell. The taste is soft but full-bodied. For true admirers.
