The Centonze Nero d'Avola, has a very intense ruby red color with violet reflections, a soft but powerful flavor with silky tannins and a fruity finish. Easy to detect are the intense fruity notes of plum, cherry and blueberry with hints of cloves, black pepper and licorice. The harvest takes place at the end of September and the vinification, by destemming and fermentation with the skins, in 6/8 days at 23 ° / 25 ° C. in stainless steel. It goes well with first courses, risottos, red meats, lamb and powerful cheeses. Due to its structure and intense aroma it goes perfectly with  "Mezze Maniche alla Norma" with aubergines and salted ricotta.

The Centonze Zibibbo has a vibrant yellow colour with golden reflections sometimes close to an amber hue. It has a full-bodied, decidedly sweet, soft and persistent flavor. Its clear scent is easy to pick up with recognizable hints of almond, orange blossom and a decisive predominance of apricot. Its production cannot be particularly abundant, the grapes strictly grown in Sicily are harvested and left to dry for a long time. Sublime with every dessert and even with ice cream.
