Our green olive paté is a ready-to-use spreadable cream with a delicate olive flavor. Ideal for making bruschetta and delicious appetizers but also perfect for flavoring tasty roasts. It's a concentrate of green Nocellara del Belice olives with the sole addition of Centonze EVO oil. It is produced by using only the pulp of the olives selected and processed within 24 hours of harvesting which takes place only during the first weeks of October. The result is a genuine and simple product, ideal for vegetarians and vegans.

These crunchy and spicy hot biscuits, with a lot of Centonze Extra Virgin Olive Oil, are still made today as it was done by nuns in Sicilian convents since 1700.
