Our green olive paté is a ready-to-use spreadable cream with a delicate olive flavor. Ideal for making bruschetta and delicious appetizers but also perfect for flavoring tasty roasts. It's a concentrate of green Nocellara del Belice olives with the sole addition of Centonze EVO oil. It is produced by using only the pulp of the olives selected and processed within 24 hours of harvesting which takes place only during the first weeks of October. The result is a genuine and simple product, ideal for vegetarians and vegans.

The drupe resembles a walnut and sometimes reaches very voluminous dimensions, its color is intense green and changes to vinous red as it matures. The crunchy pulp and the slightly sweet and sour taste make it a real queen among table cultivars. Hand picked in early October and processed the same day following the Castelvetrano Method, which has made them famous all over the world, they are the perfect aperitif!

SPICY BUSCUITS MADE WITH EVO OIL IN BAG 250g
These crunchy and spicy hot biscuits, with a lot of Centonze Extra Virgin Olive Oil, are still made today as it was done by nuns in Sicilian convents since 1700. They are a perfect snack to take with you everywhere but also excellent to accompany our oven baked black olives, cheeses, pickles and all cured meats with a delicate flavor. Kneaded by hand, they are cooked in the oven with only olive wood and therefore as soon as they are ready they give off an intoxicating aroma and scent. Improperly defined "" biscuits "", they do not have a sweet taste but a rather spicy one, with an aftertaste of olive wood and anise.

Our almonds are harvested between August and September, dried for 3-4 days in the sun and once dry stored in our warehouses at a controlled temperature. The Tuono almond is less rich in oil than other varieties and its seed is particularly large.
SICILIAN ZIBIBBO LIQUEUR IN BOTTLE 750ml
The Centonze Zibibbo has a vibrant yellow colour with golden reflections sometimes close to an amber hue. It has a full-bodied, decidedly sweet, soft and persistent flavor. Its clear scent is easy to pick up with recognizable hints of almond, orange blossom and a decisive predominance of apricot. Its production cannot be particularly abundant, the grapes strictly grown in Sicily are harvested and left to dry for a long time. Sublime with every dessert and even with ice cream. Perfect for highlighting all Sicilian desserts but above all to accompany "Cassata" and "Cannoli". Do not underestimate the combination with foie-gras and cheeses with a very strong taste.

Our Sicilian Ancient Wheat "Busiate" of the Tumminìa variety are naturally wholemeal. They are bronze drawn, which makes this pasta rough and porous and therefore perfect for mixing with any ingredient. The wheat is ground slowly with stone in order to avoid the loss of its precious nutrients. The manual and irregular cut characterizes the craftsmanship. The slow drying at low temperature allows to keep the nutritional properties unaltered. The Low gluten content, very low glycemic index and high digestibility make it a healthy and wholemeal food.
